Sumitomo Chemical Receives Excellence Award in Corporate Value Improvement Awards Sponsored by the Tokyo Stock Exchange

Sumitomo Chemical today announced that it has been selected as an Excellence Award recipient in the 6^th Corporate Value Improvement Awards (FY 2017) hosted by the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE).

The Corporate Value Improvement Awards are given to companies, from among all the companies listed on the TSE (about 3,500 companies), which have achieved high corporate value and consistently adopt management practices aimed at improving corporate value through those initiatives that duly consider capital cost and other investor concerns.
