Although capillary electrophoresis is often employed for DNA and RNA quality assessments, our findings indicate that it does not provide the resolution necessary for accurate gRNA quality evaluation.
The optimized RP-HPLC method we present will contribute significantly to the better understanding of gRNA safety.
