Grade Information

SUMIKASUPER E4205R is a 25 wt% glass fiber/inorganic reinforced Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) injection molding grade. It is available in Asia Pacific, Latin America, North America, and Europe.

The E4000 series is a high heat resistant grade with an HDT exceeding 300°C, and maintains excellent rigidity and strength even at temperatures exceeding 200°C. SUMIKASUPER E4205R exhibits the characteristics of high heat resistance, thermal insulation, low dielectric constant, surface smoothness, chemical resistance, and flame retardancy.
