The E6000HF series is a standard grade that exhibits high flowability, low warpage, high strength, and good moldability while having heat resistance suitable for SMT. SUMIKASUPER E6808UHF exhibits the characteristics of SMT heat resistance, thin-wall high flowability, low warpage, high dimensional stability, chemical resistance, and flame retardancy.
