The E6000HF series is a standard grade that exhibits high flowability, low warpage, high strength, and good moldability while having heat resistance suitable for SMT. SUMIKASUPER E6810KHF exhibits the characteristics of SMT heat resistance, high flowability, high dimensional accuracy, low anisotropy, chemical resistance, and flame retardancy.
