Grade Information

SUMIKASUPER SR2507 is a 35 wt% mineral reinforced Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) injection molding grade. It is available in Asia Pacific, Latin America, North America, and Europe.

The SR2000 series is a functional grade that exhibits super high fluidity and excellent detailed filling, thin wall strength, and low warpage before and after reflow. SUMIKASUPER SR2507 exhibits the following characteristics: SMT heat resistance, low warpage, thin wall high fluidity, surface smoothness, chemical resistance, and flame retardancy.
