Grade Information

SUMIKASUPER SZ6505HF is a 25 wt% mineral reinforced Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) injection molding grade. It is available in Asia Pacific, Latin America, North America, and Europe.

The SZ series is a high-performance grade with ultra-high fluidity for flowing into fine shapes, heat resistance for reflow heating, low warpage, and excellent moldability. SUMIKASUPER SZ6505HF exhibits the following characteristics: SMT heat resistance, thin-wall high fluidity, low warpage, surface smoothness, chemical resistance, and flame retardancy.
